2015-16 Preseason
1. Montgomery County (16-12) – It did not take long for the Indians to reclaim front-runner status. Second-year head coach Matt Daniel returns four starters from last year’s 16-win team. What makes the Indians so formidable is a trio of seniors who have experienced success in multiple sports, including playing key roles on the 2012-14 clubs which won 64 games: point guard Caswell Fuller (11 ppg), shooting guard Art Walker (13 ppg) and center Shelby Combs (10 ppg). With the athletic Jerryd Jones and defensive stalwart Cody Parsley also expected to start on the wing, the club has talent at every spot on the floor. Add capable youth on the bench and Montgomery County has all of the tools to make a run at the regional title.
